Ordered a couple of bits for my hob after a mishap resulted in melted plastic all over the pan supports... Managed to find exactly what I needed, and the price was cheaper than all the other spares stores I found. The order took a little longer to ship than expected but the staff were apologetic about that. I would definitely use them again in future.
